Brooke Belcher - Vice President of Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services at Fintech, Brooke Belcher directly manages the Implementation and Activation Departments and reports directly to the CEO. These two departments are responsible for supporting all existing software applications, completing customer integrations, and activating all new retailer and distributor clients.
Brooke joined Fintech in December 2003 as a Technical Support Analyst. She largely acted as a liaison between the Development and Customer Service Departments. In this role, she learned to analyze and communicate customer requirements to software developers and to document and explain all service offerings to internal and external customers. Brooke's management capabilities were recognized and she was promoted to Manager of Client Services in November 2007 and was promoted again to Vice President of Client Services in February 2009. She was named a Finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal's 2011 Up & Comers Awards.
Prior to joining Fintech, Brooke graduated cum laude from Jacksonville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. During her time at Jacksonville University, Brooke played NCAA Division I college soccer for four years. She was captain of the team for two years and was awarded "The Douglas B. Milne Sportsmanship Award" in her senior year. This award was given annually to the student-athlete who represented the highest standard of sportsmanship and who demonstrated excellence in athletics, academics and leadership.
