Richard Verrecchia - Vice President of Fintech Analytics
Richard Verrecchia joined Fintech in June 2010 as Vice President of Fintech Analytics. His primary responsibilities are to bring analytical solutions to Fintech's current customers and expand its current client base for analytics.
A 26 year veteran of the restaurant industry, Richard started his career with the industry giant of the '80s and '90s TGI Friday's. After working through all levels of management he held the General Manager position for one of their concepts, Dalt's American Grill. After a 5 year run with TGIF, Richard went on to be an Area Supervisor and Regional Director for The Ground Round overseeing 14 restaurants in 3 states.
With 14 years in operations, Richard then took his talents to corporate office and became the Beverage Director for Houlihan's Restaurants. From there, he accepted a position with Outback Steakhouse as the Director of Beverage. Richard quickly took Outback and its other concepts to new and exciting beverage heights increasing sales and profits. Richard was responsible for creating all parts of the Cheeseburger in Paradise concept in which Outback partnered with Jimmy Buffett. Cheeseburger in Paradise went on to win Cheers Best Beverage Program for 2005 and Hot Brand for 2006. After four years, he was promoted to Director of Beverage for OSI Restaurant Partners inclusive of all concepts: Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Roy's, Cheeseburger in Paradise and Lee Roy Selmon's, totaling over 500 million in yearly sales with 1400+ restaurants.
Richard brings a unique talent and perspective to Fintech's executive team with his extensive restaurant background and supplier/distributor relationships. Richard sits on many industry boards such as Cheers, Nightclub & Bar, VIBE, Millennium, The Center for Consumer Freedom, a member of the American Beverage Institute, and chair for Friedrich's Ataxia Energy Ball.
