transactions, they asked us to find a solution to their
other payment needs. They needed a simple solution for
their franchise royalty payments, store-to-corporate and
store-to-store transfers, as well as other miscellaneous
recurring and one-time only payments. The one difference
is that they had no need for electronic invoice
information, just the payment data. fintech.net took
this opportunity to expand our existing secure payment
processes and develop this service which is now being
utilized by several large and medium sized retailers.

| You Guide Us |
One of the biggest differences seen with this payment
service is that your payees do not have to be customers
of fintech.net. You obtain and enter their bank account
information into our FTX Internet Service one time.
We will test the accuracy of the bank account through
standard EFT processes to ensure the quality of the data
and prevent payment delays. Whenever you need to make a
payment you can do so with the click of a button. Or, if
you wish, you can set up recurring payments or send a file
with all of your payment data directly from your
accounting application.
It's that easy. Once all payments have been made, you
can view, print and download reconciliation reports
through FTX.
