Founded in 1982 in Austin, Texas, Chuy's serves authentic and affordable Mexican fare in an atmosphere full of fun and attitude. With 16 locations in Texas and two in middle Tennessee (Franklin and Murfreesboro), the menu offers authentic family recipes from South Texas, New Mexico and Mexican border towns, all made to order from fresh ingredients. Chuy's is known for exceptional service and unbelievable portions at a phenomenal value, with only one item on the menu over $10.

We are excited to bring our traditional and authentic Mexican cuisine to five brand new locations in the second half of this year. We will open 2 restaurants in the Southeast market - Birmingham, AL in June and Louisville, KY in October. We will also open 3 restaurants in Texas - Webster, Plano and Ft. Worth. Our goal is to bring our guests the best, healthiest Mexican food on the entire planet. We're sure that you will feel the love that we put into each plate!

Working with Fintech has streamlined our payment procedures and beverage accounting processes. This has really helped, as we have grown from 8 restaurants to 18 restaurants in a very short period of time. We are able to use Fintech's reports to analyze beverage movement, which helps us organize our core beverage list and promotional features.

American Beverage Company
The American Beverage Company was founded in May of 2010 by six local entrepreneurs who discovered the STRAUB Brewery of Pennsylvania and decided their all natural, traditionally brewed lager required some much-needed southern exposure.

So, these gentlemen partnered with the Peter Straub family and opened the first beer distributorship in Norfolk, Virginia, in forty-plus years. Christened the American Beverage Company, its primary goal was to introduce this 138 year old family-owned, brewery's products to the entire southeastern United States and beyond. Thus, STRAUB beer was introduced to the South.

Barrel Spirits, LLC
Barrel Spirits, LLC is a wholesale spirits and wine distributor located in Dallas, TX. Products include Czars Gold Premium Vodka and Pullus wines from Slovenia.

Czar's Gold Premium Vodka from St. Petersburg, Russia is Peter The Great's 300 year old recipe. Czar's Gold is a superior vodka with a unique taste due to the complex and non-automated filtration process. The vodka passes through filters woven from gold thread and impregnated with gold ions, leaving a honey finish on the palate.

Pullus wines from Slovenia are true varietals and wines from these regions and have been produced for hundreds of years. We carry Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Modri Pinot which is a Pinot Noir.

Lujon Cellars
Lujon Cellars was conceived in 2005 by a father and son team, Lewis and John Derthick. With John having worked as a winemaker for many years, and Lewis being a wine aficionado, we decided it was time to create their own label. We decided to start small and concentrate on quality by seeking out excellent vineyards that produce unique wines.

The wines we create are small production, hand crafted wines that express the variety as well as the vineyards that they come from. "As a winemaker I think Oregon is in a unique position. We grow not only some of the best, cool climate grapes in the world, but we are also blessed with some of the most diverse warm climatic regions as well. This is exciting from my perspective because I am able to make great wines from a huge array of grapes from all over the Northwest."
