New decadent dining options draw guests in with modern Italian cuisine from James Beard, nominee and Iron Chef-challenger, Chef David Bull in Bolla and Bolla Bar.

Travelers will find a quiet retreat at The Spa at The Stoneleigh in the new full-service spa. The Terrace Ballroom, outdoor pool, courtyard, and The Heritage residences will follow in the spring of 2009.

We decided to use Fintech's services based on a recommendation of a neighboring hotel, the Rosewood Crescent Court Hotel. Our Director of Food & Beverage worked there for several years and was very pleased with the services that Fintech offers, including the tracking of beverage purchases and the reporting. When he joined us, he had requested that we use Fintech for all of our beverage purchases; and the rest is history!

Maggie's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

Maggie's is one of those classic college Bar & Grills you have fond memories of. The atmosphere at Maggie's may be casual, but Emory students know that it's also a place to be seen and to see others.

The Maggie's experience for Emory students is a compilation of a close drive (and taxi ride home), friendly bartenders and a place where you can meet your friends at any hour. Maggie's remains the master of the "Emory scene," and even those who complain about it can be found sitting in a booth until closing time.

Mansion Bar, Inc

Our restaurant serves a wide variety of fine foods with many settings to choose from, a 19th century setting in an old Victorian Mansion for those formal occasions, an old RR Dining Car for a unique experience, a party setting in our lounge or try the Patio on a nice sunny day. The food is excellent, and the service is professional. Whatever you're dining needs, The Mansion is the place for a fine dining experience.

If it's a party, group function or business meeting, we can reserve one of our rooms. We offer a selection of special occasion menus to suit your taste.

Shane's Rib Shack / Moe's Southwest Grill

Shane's Rib Shack is run as a family, for families and anyone looking for some great BBQ. We serve BBQ pork, chicken and a whole lot more. Its real food, for real people.

Moe's Southwest Grill is a restaurant of Southwestern fare, with a special appreciation for the form and function of a tortilla.

As the controller/bookkeeper for eleven different restaurants, time is always of the essence. I am sure the mangers of each of our Moe's Southwest Grills and Shane's Rib Shacks would certainly agree. In this busy age, it is so convenient to know that we do not have to worry about payment for our alcohol beverages; Fintech takes this burden off our heads so that we are free to serve the best burritos on the planet. The Frenchman's Corner

The Frenchman's Corner fulfills the culinary and epicurean desires of an underserved market. The popular offerings of Belgian chocolate teas, coffees and gourmet foods prompted three expansions in five years of business. This past October, the Frenchman's Corner more than doubled in size opening a 2000 square foot kitchen and home store adjacent to the chocolate and gourmet food store.

An Independent business within a business, Sugar Bottom Enterprises, LLC trades as the Frenchman's Cellar in the expanded space. Focusing on wines of taste and value, The Frenchman's Cellar offers wines from Virginia and from around the world. Specialty cheeses and unique beers round out the offering. The Frenchman's Cellar has been well received by the community and is planning on a 600 square foot expansion in the third quarter of this year.

The decision to use Fintech was an easy one. With Fintech we can receive inventory without interrupting guests and without a check writing signatory on premise. Fintech will help streamline our operations as we grow.
