As CIO, Clark Huang leads the technology planning, software development, and systems infrastructure at Fintech. His primary responsibilities are to ensure the Fintech systems can achieve the scalability and security needed for future growth, develop new products and services, and develop the IT management team at Fintech. Clark originally joined Fintech in 2001 and led the efforts to rebuild the existing Fintech invoice settlement and payment processing platform.
 
Clark left Fintech in 2005 and co-founded PropertyBridge, a leading provider of enterprise payment platforms for property managers. He was responsible for building out the core technology infrastructure, and integrating payment services with partners in areas of credit card processing, ACH, remote deposit capture, and remote bill payment services. As the Vice President of Payment Services, he also ran the day to day payment operations including client implementation and support services. PropertyBridge was acquired by MoneyGram International in October 2007. At MoneyGram, Clark led the systems integration efforts for the two companies.
 
Prior to Fintech and PropertyBridge, he was a Development Project Manager for QRS Corporation, a leading B2B electronic catalog provider servicing the retail apparel industry, and Senior Software Architect for Acotec, a provider of packaged software solutions for secure remote access management.
 
Clark received his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
