Ron joined Fintech in May 2009 as Director of Strategic Development. His primary responsibilities are to expand Fintech's customer base and to introduce Fintech's new products to current customers.
 
Most recently, Ron lived in Hong Kong and held the position of CEO and was on the Board of Directors of Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited. In this position, Ron built the largest retail conglomerate in the Far East (with brands such as 7-11, Wellcome, Ikea, and Starbucks); increasing the value of the company by $3.7 billion over a ten-year period and returning $2.2 billion to shareholders.
 
Ron began his career with the Pentagon and Department of Transportation where he was Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of Transportation. He became involved in the retail industry when he joined Jewel Companies where he was a Group Vice President, Administration for Jewel Food Stores, and Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. After leaving Jewel Companies, Ron served as President of Buttrey Food Stores. Ron was later named Chairman & CEO of Kash n' Karry Food Store. From there, Ron went on to become President of the Super K Division of Kmart Corporation, where he expanded Super K's network from 18 to 106 stores, improving profits by $115 million.
 
Ron received an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School and was named a Baker Scholar. He also holds a BS Engineering from the United States Military Academy. Ron is a Vietnam veteran and was a Captain, Infantry for the United States Army.
