Fintech CEO, Scott Riley Wins Outstanding Leader of the Year

Singled out was Scott Riley, CEO of Fintech. Riley was named Outstanding Leader of the Year by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He took the reigns as CEO of Fintech in 2005, when the company had yet to turn a profit.
