Current Features and Functionality
High Level Security Fintech FTX Internet Services uses challenge and response methods to determine user logins along with secure socket layers (SSL) for the receipt of data into the Fintech router and firewall.
Document Management Allows the user to submit, preprocess, view and edit invoice and payment data, retrieve post back files for data that has successfully processed through Fintech, and supplies the means to archive post-back data.
Reporting Easily customize reporting, by trading partner and date ranges, on document status, invoice summary and detail, bank activity, credit warehouse activity, term payment activity, and trading partner relationships. Reports may be printed or downloaded in a CSV (spreadsheet) format.
Trading Partner Communication Users can manage their active Fintech trading partner community by company name, active locations, maximum invoice amounts, and active dates. Users gain the ability to email one or all of their trading partners with any communication or promotional offers they have to share. FTX also displays delivery location detail, including map and driving directions, for active relationships.
Customization Allows users to access the pieces of FTX and the information most important to them, directly from their FTX home page. Some of the modules available from the home page are: FTX Message Center, Recent Processing Status, Trading Partner Reporting/Management, Invoice Search, and headlines of the latest top stories, local and industry news updates.
Administration Users can manage company and contact information and assign email notification distribution to other staff members for backup purposes.
